FULL TIME FOOTBALL ACADEMY COACH
Talent X Football Academy are looking for an experienced and ambitious Full-Time Football Academy Coach to join our growing coaching team.
This is a hands-on role for a coach who is passionate about player development and wants to play an important role within the day-to-day delivery of our academy programme.
The Role Includes
– Planning and delivering high-quality football training sessions
– Supporting the development of individual players and teams
– Coaching academy fixtures and weekend matchdays
– Supporting the planning and organisation of the academy programme
– Working closely with the wider Talent X coaching team
– Maintaining high standards across all areas of coaching and player development
We’re Looking For
– Minimum Level 2 / UEFA C Licence
– Full UK Driving Licence
– Previous football coaching experience
-Strong knowledge and understanding of player development
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Highly organised, reliable and professional
– A genuine passion for developing young footballers
– An ambitious coach looking to progress within the football industry
– The ability to work effectively as part of a wider coaching team
Full-Time Position
This is a full-time position within the Talent X Football Academy, with coaching and academy responsibilities throughout the week, including evening training sessions and weekend fixtures.

BOYS AGE GROUP LEAD COACH
Talent X Football Academy are looking for an experienced Boys Age Group Lead Coach to join our boys’ academy and take a key role in the development of players within their age group.
This is a hands-on coaching role, working closely with players throughout the week and on matchdays.
The role includes:
Leading your designated age group
Supporting individual and team player development
Planning and delivering high-quality training sessions
Coaching Saturday morning games
Working alongside the wider Talent X coaching team
Weekly commitment:
Monday: 5pm to 8pm Wednesday: 6pm to 8pm Friday: 5pm to 7pm Saturday: Morning games
We’re looking for:
Minimum Level 2 / UEFA C Licence
Full Driving Licence Previous coaching experience
Organised and reliable
Strong communication skills Player focused with a genuine passion for development

Our girls academy continues to grow, and we’re now looking for an experienced coach to take on a key role within the programme.
