We are seeking a proactive and organised Junior Administrator Assistant to join our growing team in Redbourn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative skills within a fast-paced, sports-focused organisation.

Key Responsibilities
•Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Talent X team and coaching staff
•Manage email and phone enquiries from parents, players, and partners
•Maintain accurate player records, attendance, and registration details
•Assist with scheduling training sessions, fixtures, and academy events
•Help with general office duties such as filing, printing, and data entry

Skills & Attributes
•Strong organisational and time management skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication
•Confident using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
•Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
•Ability to multitask and work well under minimal supervision
•Interest in football or youth sport (advantageous but not essential)

Qualifications & Experience
•GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths essential
•Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred but not essential
•Full training will be provided for the right candidate
