We are thrilled to announce a new chapter in our journey: “PSA” is now officially named as Talent-X Football Academy — a title that reflects our fundamental belief and enables us to evolve our next era.

This rebranding is more than a new name, this is about the evolution of our academy. As we go on to even more ambitious goals, we choose to be called Talent-X, as a reflection of our changing direction and our newfound ambition as an academy.
Our purpose remains the same – to develop players to their full potential with endless opportunities.

Because we believe that every young player has potential — and that with the right guidance, encouragement and opportunities, they can excel. Talent-X is that vision: an ecosystem where the next generation of stars are grown, tested, and empowered.

Our Redbourn site is coming to life!
We’ve officially moved into our brand-new facility, featuring state-of-the-art classrooms, modern meeting spaces, dedicated physio rooms, and cutting-edge analysis suites — all designed to support every aspect of player development.
🌟 New Astro Incoming
It’s a thumbs up – our new AstroTurf pitch at Redbourn Leisure Centre has been given the go ahead! In August this year, we will break ground and create our very own training ground for the Talent-X players.
🌍 Expanding Across
Europe
Our global games program is kicking it up a notch. With an increasing game schedule across various European nations, Talent-X players are on their way to global exposure and top competitive experience.
📈 More Players, Better Structure
We’ve never been more blessed with such talent in one house. As our academy continues to develop, so too does our structure, offering improved and increased pathways and opportunities for each and every player, with more teams and more matches than ever before.
🎓 Full-Time Program Doubles
This September, our full-time program will be twice as big — more sessions, more coaching, and more time for players to work to grow at the next level.
👥 Elite Staff, Elite Standards
Our coaches and support personnel are growing as well, leading practitioners now serving at all levels — providing professional guidance and care to each and every player’s pathway.
🇪🇺 Participating in European Competition
We’re not always traveling — we’re hosting! This year, all teams from Europe will be heading to the UK to take on our Talent-X squads. That’s huge for our players, testing themselves, being out there in that international competition.
